About IDCards4You 

 IDCards4You is a small sole trader company working from a home-based studio and workshop. The company is a member of the 4You Group of four businesses who supply products and services in the field of graphic design.

The business was started in 1997 with a single company - badges4you.co.uk - producing handmade and hand-painted badges to paediatric medical staff.  We are still making the same products today, but have also invested in modern technology. Swapping paintbrush and hacksaw for computerised printing and laser cutting machinery has enabled us to diversify into printed products of many types including badges, ID cards, signs and graphic design imaging services.

Our customer base is now composed of many small and medium businesses, schools, nurseries, care homes, hospital trusts, medical centres and a few major corporate clients as well as personal purchases by individuals.

Delivery

Small orders are usually shipped with 7-10 days. Larger orders can take up to 21 days. You will be advised of our delivery target when we confirm your order by email.

All orders are dispatched by first class post within the UK and can take 1-3 days to deliver. We recommend upgrading to Recorded Delivery (signed-for) service for orders over £20 and Special Delivery for orders over £36. The upgrades can be booked on both the online and mail order forms.

Overseas orders are dispatched by regular air mail service and can take from 3 to 10 days. There is a small supplementary charge per order for overseas delivery, please email your enquiry and we will confirm the amount.

No-Quibble refund or replacement guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against faults in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the shipping date. Just return the faulty item and we will replace it or give you your money back, no arguments and no delays.
